What You'll Do:
As part of our multidisciplinary team, you’ll help students build communication, independence, and confidence—skills that truly change lives.
- Support classroom learning, personal growth, and daily living skills.
- Implement IEP and behavior support plans designed to meet each student’s unique needs.
- Use creativity and compassion to engage students in meaningful activities.
- Track progress and celebrate every step of success, big or small.
- Provide personal care and hands-on support in a safe, nurturing environment.
What You Bring:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- One of the following is required:
- Two or more years (3,000 hours) of verifiable experience working with children or adults with disabilities
- Parent/caregiver of a child age 7 or older
- Any degree with at least 12 credits in education, psychology, human services, or a related field
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Comfortable supporting individuals with significant needs; able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day.
