As a Chauffeur, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transport of passengers in various types of vehicles, including limousines, shuttles, and buses. Your role will involve maintaining the vehicle's cleanliness and functionality while delivering an outstanding experience for every client.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate various vehicles including limousines, shuttles, buses, and box trucks.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting passengers warmly and assisting with luggage or other needs.
- Ensure timely arrival and departure for all scheduled pickups and drop-offs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle at all times.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Assist in planning routes to optimize travel time and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding schedules, delays, or changes as necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving license preferred.
- Previous experience in roles such as delivery driver, shuttle driver, or bus driving is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations professionally.
- Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
