Job Summary
Join our team as a PM Care Team Member, where your love for dogs and strong work ethic will make a real impact every day. In this role, you will be responsible for the evening care and cleaning routines for our dogs and puppies, helping prepare them for a calm, comfortable night. You will play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment while ensuring every dog is properly exercised, fed, and settled. This paid position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with animals, staying active, and being part of a structured, team-oriented workplace.
Duties
Safely handle and move dogs and puppies during evening potty rotations and kennel transitions
Feed dogs and puppies according to their assigned feeding instructions
Clean and sanitize kennels, play areas, and common spaces
Wash and organize food and water bowls and basic equipment
Monitor dog behavior and health; report concerns to supervisors promptly
Assist with basic training routines and structured enrichment activities
Maintain an orderly facility by sweeping, mopping, and organizing supplies
Ensure all dogs are settled and comfortable for the night
Communicate clearly with supervisors about any issues, injuries, or unusual behavior
Experience
Previous experience working with dogs or animals is preferred but not required
Experience in kennels, daycare, boarding, or veterinary settings is a plus
Basic understanding of dog behavior and handling is helpful
Ability to follow detailed routines and cleaning standards
Must be comfortable working with large dogs and multiple dogs at once
Ability to perform physical work including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong reliability and punctuality are essential
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
