Mechanical Assembler
We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler in Salem, NH, to join a fast-growing manufacturing company that has been in business for over 40 years. This company is committed to investing in its people and products, creating a dynamic work environment.
Shift of the Mechanical Assembler: 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Pay Rate/Salary of the Mechanical Assembler: $28-$32.00/hr
Responsibilities of the Mechanical Assembler:
- Assemble equipment from blueprints and schematics with attention to detail.
- Utilize hand tools and measuring devices to ensure high-quality assembly.
- Work collaboratively in a small team environment while also being a self-starter.
- Conduct mechanical testing of assembled equipment to ensure functionality.
- Communicate effectively with team members to solve problems and improve processes.
Qualifications of the Mechanical Assembler:
- 1-3 years of experience in mechanical assembly in a production or R&D setting.
- Familiarity with motion-controlled equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to team success.
- Dependable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities in a small company setting.
