Central Park Garage is a busy, professional, customer-first automotive repair shop, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who can handle phones, customers, and details with confidence and care.
This role is critical. You set the tone for the entire customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answer inbound phone calls professionally and confidently.
- Schedule appointments efficiently (protecting shop flow and car count).
- Greet customers and create a welcoming, organized front counter.
- Manage texts, emails, voicemails, and basic customer follow-ups.
- Support Service Advisors by keeping information accurate and organized. Follow established SOPs so you’re never guessing what to do next.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong phone and communication skills (you sound confident and calm).
- Customer service experience required (automotive is a plus, not mandatory).
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and CRM tools.
- You take pride in being professional and prepared. You like structure and clear processes.
