About the Role
Condor Property Management is a growing, vertically integrated property management company operating across the NH Seacoast region. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Tenant Services Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for tenant communications. This role is critical to ensuring tenant requests, maintenance issues, and outstanding items are handled promptly and never fall through the cracks. This is a remote position with the expectation of availability during standard business hours.
Responsibilities
Tenant Communication & Response:
- Answer all inbound phone calls, emails, and Appfolio messages from tenants promptly
- Serve as the first point of contact for all tenant inquiries, ensuring no call or message goes unanswered
- Respond to tenant requests within the same business day, escalating urgent items immediately
- Maintain a professional, courteous tone in all communications
Follow-Up & Issue Tracking:
- Track all outstanding tenant items (maintenance requests, lease violations, move-in/move-out tasks, inspection follow-ups) and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain an organized tracking system for open items and provide regular status updates to management
- Follow up with vendors, maintenance staff, and tenants to close out open work orders
- Own the process from initial request to resolution — nothing falls through the cracks
Administrative Support:
- Assist with lease administration tasks including document preparation, renewal notices, and tenant correspondence
- Log and update records in Appfolio accurately and consistently
- Support coordination of vendor scheduling for maintenance and repairs
- Assist with late rent follow-up calls and payment plan communications
- Help prepare and distribute tenant notices as needed
What Success Looks Like
- Tenants consistently feel heard and receive timely responses
- Outstanding items are tracked, followed up on, and resolved without reminders from management
- The operations team spends less time fielding routine tenant calls and can focus on higher-value work
- Clean, up-to-date records in Appfolio with no gaps or missing follow-ups

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
