Wet Basement Solutions is a family-owned basement waterproofing company servicing homeowners across New Hampshire. We specialize in the installation of waterproofing systems, sump pumps, monitoring systems, interior french drains, interior foundation crack repairs, crawlspace encapsulations, foam board insulation, and dehumidification to combat leaks, flooding, moisture damage, mold development, musty smells, and more. We also specialize in providing excellent service to new and existing customers.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, hard-working Construction Laborer to join our team. This is a very physical position that requires strength, endurance, and a strong work ethic. If you’re someone who likes staying active, working with your hands, and learning skilled trades, this could be a great opportunity.
We meet at our shop in Bradford, NH at 7:00 AM each weekday and typically finish around 3:30 PM.
Job Responsibilities
- Digging and moving dirt, stone, debris, and concrete
- Consistently lifting and carrying materials (80+ lbs regularly)
- Carrying buckets of concrete, dirt, and stone
- Assisting with installation of drainage and waterproofing systems
- Operating and learning construction power tools
- Supporting crew leaders with daily project tasks
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry 80 lbs of material consistently
- Ability to work in confined spaces such as basements and crawlspaces
- Comfortable performing physically demanding labor for full workdays
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to our shop in Bradford, NH by 7:00 AM
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Construction experience is a plus but not required
- Interest in growing within the company
