Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Heavy Equipment Operator to join our residential site work team in Southern New Hampshire.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of heavy equipment and the ability to work independently on active job sites.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and backhoes
- Perform residential excavation, grading, and site preparation
- Follow site plans and project specifications
- Always maintain safe and efficient work practices
- Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Work independently and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
- Operate a Triaxle Truck w/ tag trailer
- Ability to perform equipment transportation
Requirements
- Valid CDL license (required)
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment
- Strong understanding of residential site work
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Strong attention to safety and detail
