Job Overview:
We are seeking to add a team member to join our family- owned business. This position would involve custodial services at a state office facility in Lancaster NH. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial services and a proven record of reliability. This position is scheduled for evening cleaning after 4 pm. Must be able to pass a state background check.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and oversee cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitized according to company standards
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety
Requirements:
- Previous experience in custodial, commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check
- Be able to lift 40 pounds.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday. Starting at 4pm. Estimated work hours are 25 to 30 hours per week.
