Join the Legacy Lake team as a full-time Barge Helper. In this role, you will assist with the safe and efficient handling of barges, supporting the barge operator and workers in various tasks essential to marine construction.
Must have NH boating license or equivalent.
Equipment operation experience is a plus, but not required. Wood construction knowledge is also a plus. We perform all aspects of marine construction including rock work, breakwaters and docking systems.
Worker would be responsible for assisting barge operator to complete projects. This role requires getting in the water at times and performing physical labor. This is a full-time, year-round position.
Duties
- Assist barge operator with daily barge/construction operations on lake.
Skills
- Boating license required.
- Equipment and construction skills are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work collaboratively with crew.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in year round NH weather conditions on the lake.
- Willingness to learn new skills rapidly and adhere strictly to safety standards

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
