About the Role
We’re looking for a detail‐oriented, safety‐minded, and experienced Bobst Folder Gluer Operator with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the full setup, operation, adjustment, and maintenance of folder gluers to ensure every product meets exact customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust, operate, and troubleshoot all folder gluer equipment (Bobst preferred)
- Ensure all finished cartons meet customer and ISO standards
- Monitor gluing equipment throughout production runs to maintain consistent quality
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance; keep tools and parts organized
- Stage product following the production schedule
- Inspect and ensure product integrity throughout the gluing process
- Immediately report defect trends or nonconforming quality issues to the supervisor
- Remove and segregate unacceptable products during production
- Train finishing crew members and new gluer operators as needed
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Review job bags and approved samples to ensure compliance
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized work areas
- Perform Line Clearance in immediate work zones
- Carry out other related duties as assigned by management
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years operating Bobst folder gluing machinery (required)
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to follow established processes and ISO standards
- Reliable, safety‐focused, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Leadership skills with the ability to train others
