Looking for a summer that actually means something? Epsom Valley Campground is hiring seasonal Guest Services staff for our 2026 season (April 27th– October 12th) in Epsom, NH.
This isn't a desk job. You'll be the face of a family-owned campground that's been welcoming guests since 1974 — handling reservations, guest relations, activities, site check-ins, and keeping everything running smoothly for families making memories.
COMPENSATION
Work Camper (live on-site):
- $16/hour — all hours paid
- Full hookup RV site included ($3,875 seasonal value)
- $600 electricity credit for the season
- $500 season-completion bonus paid at the end of the season
- Total compensation package worth $19,500+
- Wed-Sun 10AM-6PM + flexibility for holidays
Local Hire (non-camping):
- $19/hour — all hours paid
- Wed-Sun 10AM-6PM + flexibility for holidays
- Part Time Sun-Tues and Holiday weekends options
- $500 season-completion bonus
We reward people who show up and see it through. If you finish the season strong, you earn the bonus — simple as that.
YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Guest check-ins, reservations, and questions
- Activity coordination and guest programming
- Cleaning and site turnover
- General campground operations
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Friendly, reliable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable talking to people all day
- Someone who commits and follows through — we take care of people who take care of us
- Previous hospitality, customer service, or campground experience is a plus — but not required
- Work campers: must have your own RV in good condition
