In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in process, providing excellent customer support, and managing various administrative tasks. - Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating guest information using computer literacy skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously.
- Utilize office software such as Microsoft Office and Reservation systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in hospitality
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective phone etiquette skills and experience operating multi-line phone systems.
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
