New England Tennis Courts is hiring outdoor laborers to help maintain and rebuild clay tennis courts across New England.
This is a great job for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a small crew.
No tennis court experience required. We will train you.
Seasonal role: April – July
Housing may be available in Franconia if needed.
What You'll Do
- Work with a small crew maintaining clay tennis courts
- Spread and move clay materials
- Assist with grading, leveling, and court preparation
- Install court lines and nets
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Use landscaping tools such as rakes, lutes, shovels, and rollers

Requirements
- Ability to lift 80 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to our depot in Franconia, NH
- Ability to start work 6:00 AM Monday–Friday
- Landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
Schedule
- Monday – Friday ; Optional Saturdays
- Early start (6:00 AM)
- Overtime and occasional weekend work during busy periods
