Duties
- Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and prosthodontics
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop personalized treatment plans
- Execute dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other oral surgeries with precision and care
- Utilize advanced dental technology such as Eaglesoft, and medical imaging tools to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatment planning
- Maintain strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques in accordance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards
- Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records, ensuring compliance with medical documentation requirements
- Collaborate with team members on four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort
- Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and treatment options using clear dental terminology
Qualifications
- Valid dental license to practice as an Associate Dentist in the respective state or region
- Proven experience in general dentistry and proficiency with dental office software.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric dentistry, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures
- Familiarity with infection control standards, aseptic technique, and HIPAA compliance
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex dental concepts in understandable terms
- Ability to perform dental extractions, restorations, and other procedures efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient care
- Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology relevant to dentistry and oral health care

Pay: $175,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
