Outside Sales Representative

Territory: New Hampshire & Massachusetts
Vantage Armor is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company in the field, traveling throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts to service existing law enforcement customers while actively growing our customer base across police departments, sheriff’s offices, and other public safety agencies.
About the Role
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will manage a dedicated territory, building strong, long-term relationships with law enforcement professionals. You will be responsible for:
- Conducting in-person visits to police departments and public safety agencies across NH and MA
- Servicing and supporting our current customers with product knowledge, order fulfillment, and ongoing relationship management
- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities within the law enforcement sector
- Presenting Vantage Armor’s product line (body armor, tactical gear, and related public safety equipment)
- Identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions to enhance officer safety and performance
- Negotiating, closing sales, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity
- Staying informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments

Qualifications
- Proven track record in outside sales (B2B or B2G preferred; law enforcement/military/public safety sales experience is a strong plus but not required)
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality — ability to both maintain accounts and aggressively pursue new business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Comfortable with frequent travel and working independently in the field
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check (required due to the nature of the industry)
