YOUR MISSION

As a Paid Social Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of the brand’s advertising innovation. You’ll shape strategies, plan campaigns, and manage budgets directly, while launching and optimizing cutting-edge campaigns that transform how the brand connects with customers. Your insights will guide the creative team, helping identify what works, explore new ideas, and analyze why some strategies fall short.

What You’re Getting Into

Directly manage and optimize monthly ROAS and CAC goals on paid platforms through hands-on campaign planning and execution
Regularly analyze performance data, extracting meaningful insights to optimize campaigns and achieve better outcomes
Collaborate closely with the creative team, participating in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ad copies and creative concepts for testing
Provide detailed, actionable insights into what’s working and what’s not, maintaining effective communication with the creative team
Enhance conversion rates by conducting detailed funnel analyses and suggesting strategic improvements to streamline the customer journey
Dive deep into customer personas to gain profound insights into target audiences, while monitoring competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
Strategize on the best channel mixes to drive maximum growth, identifying new opportunities to scale in both digital and traditional media
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, updates, and best practices in eCommerce and media buying, refreshing strategies to remain competitive

Who You Are

You have several years of experience in media buying and have directly managed clients with an ad spend of at least $1.5MM per month
You have strong hands-on experience working with Meta and a deep understanding of other paid channels like TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and Pinterest
You’ve worked with D2C clients, either in-house, at an agency, or both
You have t-shaped marketing knowledge, understanding different areas of the marketing funnel
You have strong copywriting skills that help convert hesitant customers
You’re driven to improve yourself, staying updated on new trends, industry changes, and best practices
You’re detail-oriented, love analyzing data, and are a self-starter who can motivate yourself without guidance
You’re a clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing

What Success Looks Like

30 Days: You’ve familiarized yourself with the brand’s advertising strategies, creative process, and key stakeholders

60 Days: You’re actively managing campaigns, optimizing performance, and collaborating with the creative team to generate innovative ideas

90 Days: You’ve started to see the impact of your work, with campaigns driving measurable growth and aligning with the brand’s ambitious goals
