Job Summary
Schedule could consist of 8 or 12 hr shifts, dependent on applicant availability and facility need.
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in our relaxed, homelike long-term care facility. He or She will work closely with the D.O.N. and support staff to ensure the well-being of our residents and administer medications.
Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Assist with daily living activities and provide personal care to patients as needed.
- Document patient information accurately: charting only for exception.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Maintain a safe environment within our residents' home.
