JOB TITLE: Quality Controller
Burgeon is currently hiring for a role to provide assistance to our production and retail teams. While this job will encompass many competencies, the primary focus of this role will be to help assure the quality of products made by our team. This will involve manually inspecting each item for potential manufacturing errors, as well as the organization and tabulation of finished goods. Burgeon is fortunate to have grown rapidly over the past several years and this role does have the capacity to expand based on performance and skills. Burgeon is open to hiring both full and part-time employees for this role.
JOB LOCATION: Lincoln, NH
Our facility is located in a renovated mill building in downtown Lincoln, NH. The Mills Marketplace is a lively section of Lincoln and you will be within walking distance of much of what Lincoln has to offer.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primarily:
- Follow our quality control guidelines to inspect garments made by our in-house production team
- Conduct finishing procedures on completed products (ie manually adding snaps)
- Organize products in preparation for storage
- Provide inventory checks
- Assist with general store tasks when needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
We provide training to individuals who embody our values. This job requires you to work with your hands and occasionally lift and move boxes or materials. While no educational requirements exist, the ideal candidates will have a record of hard work and strong communication skills.

We source our materials as locally as possible which reduces the transportation impact of our business as well as allows us to utilize a higher quality electrical grid.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
