Alexander Technology Group is seeking a
Help Desk Specialist for a growing company in southern NH. The
Help Desk Specialist will focus on internal support working as part of a team. This is a contract to permanent opportunity with growth potential.
Responsibilities For Help Desk Specialist
- Daily support of end users (internal clients)
- Monitor and resolve ticket submissions efficiently
- Diagnose computer hardware / software, & network connectivity accurately and efficiently
- Use good judgement in determining if issue needs escalation
- Perform hardware / software installs & provide all support in a professional manner
- Oversee ticket distribution and provide metrics on response times, closure rates, and trends.
Requirements For Help Desk Specialist
- Experience troubleshooting Hardware, Software and network connectivity issues
- Experience with MS Office, Computer setup/imaging and software installs
- iPhone setup & IOS troubleshooting a plus
