Position Overview:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at Prompto 10 Minute Oil Change. This position is ideal for individuals enthusiastic about the automotive service industry and looking to advance their careers in a dynamic environment. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the management team to ensure efficient operations, exceptional customer service, and the successful training of team members.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the daily operations of the service center while overseeing a team of Quick Lube Team Members.
· Ensure that all oil changes and routine maintenance services are performed accurately and efficiently.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety and operational protocols.
· Assist customers and address their needs to guarantee a positive and satisfying service experience.
· Monitor team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback to promote skill development.
· Help in achieving daily targets and fostering a collaborative and motivated team atmosphere.
· Manage inventory and participate in ordering supplies to ensure uninterrupted service.
· Participate in training and development programs, contributing to team growth and morale.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred but not required.
· Basic automotive knowledge is a plus, but comprehensive, paid training will be provided.
· Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and foster positive relationships.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring clarity with team members and customers.
· A proactive and adaptable mindset, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
