Window Wizards is one of the fastest-growing home service companies in the Upper Valley serving high-end residential and commercial clients throughout the area. We are hiring two motivated, hard-working technicians who want to be paid based on performance, not hours. Technicians earn a percentage of each job completed. The more efficient and customer-focused you are, the more you earn. Top performers regularly make $300–$400+ per day.
This is a fulltime position beginning in March.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning residential and commercial windows (interior & exterior)
- Performing ladder work safely and confidently
- Completing jobs efficiently while maintaining high quality
- Communicating professionally with homeowners
- Representing the Window Wizards brand on every job
- Driving a company vehicle daily to homes in the Upper Valley
Required Experience & Skills
- Prior blue-collar or physical work experience required
- Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors
- Strong customer service and people skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
- Window cleaning experience is not required - training is provided

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
