Part-Time Manufacturing Technician

About the Role
Ingeniven is seeking a manufacturing technician to assist with hands-on production work. This position is well-suited for someone looking for daytime, school-hour-friendly work in a clean, organized manufacturing environment.
No prior manufacturing experience is required. We will train the right person.
- Weekdays only
- Flexible start and end times
Hours can be adjusted around school drop-off and pick-up.
Responsibilities
- Light manufacturing and assembly work
- Heat sealing and cutting plastic components
- Visual and basic dimensional inspection
- Labeling, packaging, and preparing parts for shipment
- Keeping work area clean and organized
- Following written work instructions
Requirements
- Reliable and consistent availability during agreed-upon hours
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working on your feet for portions of the shift
- Willingness to learn simple manufacturing processes
Preferred (Not Required)
- Assembly or manufacturing experience
- Experience in a regulated or quality-focused environment
