Enrollment Specialist – Aflac (Hybrid | Nashua, NH)
We are seeking to add three motivated individuals to our growing Aflac team. This role focuses on working directly with business owners to deliver voluntary insurance benefits to their employees while helping small businesses strengthen their benefits offerings.
As an Enrollment Specialist, you will educate clients on Aflac products, guide them through the enrollment process, and build long-term professional relationships. This position offers structured training, ongoing support, and opportunities for career growth within a well-established organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with business owners and employees to explain available insurance products and coverage options
- Guide clients through the enrollment and application process
- Build and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-up
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Maintain accurate client records in accordance with company standards
Training & Development:
No prior insurance experience is required. Comprehensive training is provided through the Aflac Sales Academy, and licensing coursework is covered by the company.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation includes commission, performance bonuses, and long-term residual income opportunities. Additional incentives may include stock bonus programs and performance-based travel rewards. Full compensation details are discussed during the interview process.
