Description
Provides administrative, operational, data, and event support to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and the Office of Admissions. This position is the first point of contact and plays a key role in the recruitment of new students.
Position Type And Expected Hours Of Work
Full time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. , 40 hours a week, 52 weeks a year.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with prospective students and their guests providing a welcoming environment.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain department and Vice President calendars.
- Maintain and reorder inventory of recruitment materials and office supplies.
- Responsible for processing invoices for departmental expenditures.
- Assist with planning and executing events, meetings, and special projects.
- Perform data entry into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint ) and strong data entry skills
- Experience in managing high-volume work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to balance multiple short and long-term tasks effectively
- Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Dynamic analytical and critical thinking skills

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
