About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist to support discovery and development campaigns focused on next-generation biotherapies for serious unmet medical needs. The candidate will work within the immunology team, conducting in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo immunoassays on a diverse array of biological drug candidates.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement immunological studies to support lead candidate selection.
- Evaluate immune cell responses towards biotherapeutics using a variety of immunoassay techniques.
- Execute immunological experiments to test hypotheses and support conclusions with analyzed data.
- Contribute to immunogenicity assay platform development.
- Engage with a cross-functional project team to collaboratively advance protein design and engineering efforts.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely records.
Who You Are
You have a a minimum of a PhD degree in immunology or related field (must be conferred by June 2026) or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience or a Bachelors’ degree with 5+ years of experience.
You Are Or You Also Have
- Experience with in vitro cellular immunoassays is a must.
- Experience with culture of primary, human immune cells is required.
- Requires experience with routine immunological methods including, for example, flow cytometry, fluorospot, ELISA and immunoprecipitation.
- Demonstrated in vivo murine model experience is required.
- Experience with antigen-specific expansion of T cells, culture of dendritic cells, DC internalization assays, epitope mapping, and immunopeptidomics is required.
- Experience with high-throughput lab automation is preferred but not required.
Where You’ll Work
This role is based out of our New Hampshire office and requires full-time, in-person presence to support hands-on collaboration, access specialized equipment, and/or operational needs.

$103,000.00-131,000.00 Annual
