Job Summary

Duties
- Assist with preparing job sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and organizing materials for paving projects
- Operate basic tools and equipment such as shovels, rakes, tampers, and wheelbarrows to support paving activities
- Spread and level asphalt or concrete using manual techniques or powered equipment under supervision
- Help with the placement of materials, ensuring proper alignment and compaction for smooth surfaces
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and team members
- Support the team in maintaining a clean work area by removing excess materials and debris regularly
- Collaborate effectively with crew members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
