Position Overview:
We are seeking an honest and dependable On-Site Maintenance Worker to perform a variety of essential tasks to keep our facilities in top condition. The ideal candidate will be proactive, hardworking, and willing to take on various responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform painting and light carpentry tasks.
- Manage/oversee landscaping duties including weeding and pruning.
- Empty and pick up trash in designated areas.
-Some Snow plowing and shoveling during winter.
- Complete additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- A valid New Hampshire Driver's License.
- Proof of insurance.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Clear background check (cori).
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
