Job Summary
The Lakes Region Board of REALTORS® is seeking a Pat-Time professional, Office Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist the Association Executive and staff. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent service to our members and guests.
Duties
- Maintain a helpful and courteous attitude toward members, staff, and guests in person, on the phone, and via email.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist the Association Executive with membership application processes and procedures, including orientation coordination, dues collection, tracking Code of Ethics and Fair Housing requirements, and Core Standards compliance.
- Maintain and update the association calendar, including meetings, classes, and events.
- Create and maintain social media posts on all platforms
- Technology knowledge a must
- Serve as registrar for classes, events, and membership meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Association Executive
Skills
- Strong clerical, customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and database management (Growth Zone), Microsoft 365 and or google docs.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Social Media Platforms
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as the situation demands
- Ability to multi-task
Work Environment:
This position works closely with the Association Executive of the organization to support the operations and mission of the association.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
