Registered Nurse (RN) Open Shifts;
Job Summary:
Alpine Healthcare Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team! As a Registered Nurse at Alpine Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents while working alongside a supportive, resident-centered leadership team. Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations

Monitor, document, and communicate changes in residents’ conditions

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans

Supervise and support LPNs and LNAs to ensure quality resident outcomes

Promote a positive, respectful, and safe environment for residents, families, and staff

Competitive Pay: $35 - $52 HOURLY

Sign-On Bonus: $6,500 for Full-Time, $3,250 for Part-Time

Requirements:

Current NH Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
