Rugby Architectural Products is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our Corporate HR team!
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our human resources operations. This position is perfect for someone looking to grow their career in human resources while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
This is an onsite position in Concord, NH. The pay range for this role is $23-$25/hour.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and update employee records in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Help manage employee benefits and workers' compensation claims.
- Longevity and Wellness Programs
- Collaborate with management on organization design and change management initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Experience We're Looking For
Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of human resources management principles. Experience or familiarity with the following skills is preferred:
- Employment law
- Workers’ compensation and Unemployment procedures
- HRIS systems
- Change management strategies
- Organization design principles
- Social media management techniques
