Job Summary
Nissan of Lebanon has an immediate opening for a qualified, motivated individual to help manage our sales team!
Responsibilities:
* Support the general manager in planning, organizing, training and directing activities of the sales department and measuring performance of the team
*Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help enhance the sales process
*Build rapport with customers and establish customer network
*Provide training and support sales staff as well well as assist in closing deals
*Help manage all aspects of the sales department
*Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the showroom or sales lot
*Assist customers by listening attentively and asking questions when selecting a vehicle
Qualifications:
*Interest in training automotive sales associates and working in a team environment
*Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the day
*Outgoing with friendly personality
*High quality customer service skills and experience
*Strong communication skills
*Valid driver's license and clean driving record
*Automotive sales experience preferred
