The Opportunity
We are a high-performing, independent restaurant group that is currently in a phase of strategic expansion. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to take the reins of our brand identity, digital presence, and local store marketing.
This is a confidential search. You will report directly to the executive leadership team, serving as the primary architect of our growth strategy as we scale from our current footprint to new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain a consistent voice and visual identity across multiple unique concepts.
- Digital Strategy: Manage all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, FB), including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Paid Media: Oversee a modest but targeted ad spend on Meta and Google to drive reservations and online ordering.
- Local Store Marketing (LSM): Develop "boots on the ground" partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community events.
- Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to reviews (Yelp, Google, OpenTable) to ensure guest satisfaction reflects our brand standards.
- Performance Tracking: Use data to analyze the ROI of campaigns, tracking guest counts and average check increases.
Who You Are
- The "Foodie" Professional: You don’t just know marketing; you love the hospitality industry and understand the unique rhythm of restaurant operations.
- The Multi-Hyphenate: You can write a punchy caption, snap a high-quality photo on an iPhone, and analyze a P&L statement in the same afternoon.
- Experienced: You have 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the hospitality, retail, or beverage space.
- Agile: You thrive in a small-team environment where decisions are made quickly and your impact is visible immediately.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of growing social media followings and engagement.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Fishbowl)
- Strong project management skills—you never let a deadline (or a menu launch) slip through the cracks.
- Bonus: Graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Suite) and basic photography/video editing skills.
