We are seeking a senior-level professional with a minimum of five years of QSR experience to help oversee, direct, and manage all aspects of operations, including the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and projects. This role works closely with cross-functional partners to maintain high standards and drive performance.
Directors of Operations are responsible for leading the operations of 20+ QSR restaurants and developing Multi-Unit Managers through strong leadership, constructive feedback, and consistent support.

Position Summary
Provides overall leadership and guidance to the operational activities of an assigned network with the objective of maximizing growth, profitability, and day-to-day operational excellence.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Management Accountabilities
- Support senior leadership in strategic and operational planning to ensure infrastructure and support services are in place
- Lead, supervise, and develop Multi-Unit Managers within the assigned network
- Translate business strategy into day-to-day execution of brand standards
- Conduct routine gap analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
- Present business cases for operational enhancements and initiatives
- Drive guest satisfaction and loyalty through operational improvements
- Oversee recruiting, hiring, coaching, development, and performance assessment of operations leaders
- Execute a structured, calendarized performance management process with actionable feedback
- Partner with senior leadership on organizational strategy and long-term goals
- Apply strong business acumen within each market to achieve organizational objectives
Organizational Planning
- Advise senior leadership on strategic business development and corporate planning opportunities that impact operations
- Direct and coordinate operational activities in alignment with company goals, objectives, and policies
- Implement programs to achieve business plan targets for growth and profitability
- Identify and execute growth opportunities within each market
- Develop vision, strategy, and tactics to drive sales through local partnerships and trade-area initiatives
- Share market best practices and implement improved processes to increase sales, ROI, and workflow efficiency
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred
- 5–10 years of progressive operational and managerial experience
- Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership and analytical decision-making skills
- Proven ability to translate analysis into actionable plans
- Experience with real estate, development, human resources, marketing, and training
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence large, multi-unit QSR environments (50+ units preferred)
- Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills
