What You’ll Do
Recruiting is a relationship-driven career, not just posting jobs online.
You will:
- Build relationships with professionals across the building materials industry
- Identify and recruit top talent for leadership and specialized roles
- Conduct conversations with candidates about career opportunities
- Partner with companies to understand hiring needs and market trends
- Manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines
- Learn to negotiate offers and guide candidates through career transitions
