Customer Service Reperesentative working directly with customers and co-workers in a fast paced fun environment. We have won numerous awards and we strive hard everyday to meet our wonderful customers expectations; therefore, our Customer Service Representatives are thoroughly trained on company procedures and recipes in order to provide and maintain excellent service standards. We prefer previous ice cream or restaurant experience but we are willing to train the right person. This Customer Service position pays an hourly rate in addition to shared tips. Combining the two incomes we can guarantee $15 - $20 an hour. This is a year-round position with summer coming very soon so nights, weekends and holiday availability a must with daytime availability an added bonus.
