We’re offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus with payouts at:
$750 after 45 days of employment and $750 after 90 days

The Role At a Glance
The Flex Operator will vary based on the needs of the day. This role is flexible and could include duties such as final in-process inspection, staging of eggs, machine and date code setup, carton inventory management, or staging cartons for the day’s run.

In this role, you’ll help deliver the highest quality product while upholding our unwavering commitment to animal welfare, food safety, and responsible farming. You’ll act boldly, embrace continuous improvement, and partner with teammates and customers to deliver wins.
- General housekeeping includes: eggs off floor, cleaning wash screens as needed, organization of materials, cleaning of floors, emptying and cleaning of rubbish cans
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Handle materials

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a processing environment preferred
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Work Schedule & Hours
- Day shift position
- Monday through Thursday
- Shifts up to 12 hours per day, based on operational needs
- Typical start time: 6:00 AM
- Start and end times may vary due to truck arrivals, order fulfillment, machine downtime, or production changes
- Flexibility required to adjust schedule as needed
