We are actively looking for Beverage Sales Rep to work with our sales team in the West NH territory. This is a great opportunity to work with an excelling company that has potential for growth for the motivated and eager employee.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Increase volume, distribution, and market share as it pertains to our annual marketing plan and volume budgets
Follows team specific objectives based on company guidelines
Increase shelf space and display activity according to team specific goals
Daily sales plan that follows all team specific goals that is also flexible by account type
Utilizes maximum efforts to sell and merchandise all BBC Portfolio to support company volume initiatives
Has the overall responsibility for ensuring proper inventory levels, product rotation and freshness in all accounts
Builds, rebuilds, maintains and secures dominant positions for displays
Active participant in development and execution of short term goals and account objectives
Plans and attends special events such as promotional nights, supplier meetings, team and general meetings
Manages account receivable in accordance with company policies
Sells in cooler resets wherever possible to address company objectives for shelf space and distribution
Maintain proper inventories based on seasonality of specific brands to minimize out-of-stocks and "hotshot" deliveries
Looks for new opportunities on every sales call
Knowledge of and adherence to all company policies of Bellavance Beverage
Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Clean, valid NH Driver's License and ability to secure a NH Liquor Commission solicitors permit
Ability to perform basic math functions with a special focus on retailer margins
Ability to write and print legibly regarding orders and price cards
Must demonstrate good communication, sales, and merchandising skills
Must demonstrate proper time management skills
Ability to possess exceptional "people skills" with all types of retailers
Ability to follow-through on customer and management requests in a timely manner
Must possess product and retail knowledge
