As demand for our services continues to grow, we’re looking for motivated, driven individuals to join our remote recruiting team.

💼 About the Role: Entry-Level Full-Time Recruiter

This is a remote, entry-level position ideal for individuals with a student mentality, strong communication skills, and the desire to grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You’ll play a key role in sourcing and scheduling top-tier candidates across multiple markets. From screening resumes to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle for 2+ client accounts—becoming a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients.

📋 What You'll Do:

✅ Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple clients

✅ Make 100+ outbound calls per day to schedule and confirm candidate interviews

✅ Use applicant tracking systems and online job boards to manage talent pipelines

✅ Host Zoom calls with candidates, clients, and internal team members

✅ Maintain organized calendars and ensure timely interview coordination

💻 Remote Setup Requirements:

💰 Compensation & Perks:Full-Time:

💵 $500–$600/week + Performance Bonuses (varies by market)

🕘 Monday–Friday | 9 AM – 5:30 PM

✔ Paid Training & Weekly Pay

✔ 6 Days Holiday PTO (after 90 days probation)

Part-Time:

💵 $250–$300/week + Bonuses (exclusive to one client)

🕘 Flexible Shifts | 9 AM–1 PM or 1 PM–5 PM

🔒 Please Note:

90-day probation period for all new hires
100% mandatory Zoom attendance required during work hours
