Who We’re Looking For
As a key member of the Total Rewards team, the
HR Specialist will support and enhance employee experience during their lifecycle of Laborie from Day 2 through offboarding. In addition, the HR Specialist will be the go-to person for HR data management, including HR reporting needs, ensuring the quality and integrity of data within the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and overall maintenance of the HRIS.
About The Role
- Monitor the HR email inbox and answer employee questions and needs daily, partnering with HR colleagues to either obtain input and reply or, when needed, escalate questions to the relevant HR stakeholder.
- Review and audit quality of data in HRIS, ensuring accuracy or data in the system of records and making sure changes are replicated in other HR software.
- Maintain integrations between the system of records and other software tools, including but not limited to payroll, learning management system, applicant tracking system, rewards and recognition platform, etc.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the HRIS system, providing training and support to HR staff and others on how to best use the system.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in human resources and/or administrative field.
- Experience with Human Resources Information System (HRIS); knowledge of BambooHR is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Teams, Word, PowerPoint.
- Sense of urgency and customer-centric mindset.
- Creative problem-solver who seeks to understand root causes of any situation with analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and identify trends.

- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Self-Starter with strong attention to detail, excellent writing, communication and organization skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to change in a fast-paced organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
